Total Wireless is a phone store that many customers find amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they care about getting the best prices and deals. Customers praise the great service and understanding staff who take time to ensure phones work. When a mobile hotspot problem arose after a plan upgrade, the team reset the phone and it works great, unlike other stores that were not helpful or sent customers to customer service. Those curious about switching internet providers are guided through the transfer process with fast and friendly service. A good deal is internet only for $49.00 with two months free, then $35. Many customers are thankful for the knowledgeable staff who help choose new phones.
