“Went to the Chappellfest and had so much fun! The tour guides were so nice and I could tell they had fun and loved it as well. The drivers were great (as someone who can easily get carsick, I was completely fine!) and so nice. Loved the decorations and the vibes. Can't wait for the next themed tour, I will definitely ride again! (Also so happy to hear the Ride for Ride program they offer, thanks for giving back!!)”

“When you are driving on a service drive, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO YIELD TO TRAFFIC COMING FROM THE OFF RAMP. This very dangerous driver who most likely has a class B CDL (due to the size of the bus) not even bothering to stop and decided he wanted to merge into my lane while i was merging onto the service drive off of west bound 696 at the 11 mile off ramp. Absolutely UNSAFE driving and disgrace to a company who’s services is transportation.”

“It is a decent company but we were at tri-state before load 1 bought them the only problem I have with them is this 70mph we were dedicated from Columbus to Seattle they lost the load im not a 48 state guy did that for number of yrs seeing I been driving for 30yrs me and my wife are excellent team our record shows we may look elsewhere i think it's a good company for a solo”
