“Just had a great experience here thanks to Jay, they had a cigar cutter in their case that ended up being in the wrong box AND rang up wrong in their system. She was super friendly the whole time, got ahold of her manager for me and was able to make everything right! The store was clean, humidor was decent size and was well stocked with plenty of variety.
