“I cannot stress enough what a great experience I had with Jacob's Supply! And it was more than just a one time, thank you ma'am, visit.
This was my first time buying new flooring and I had been searching for over a month for that perfect floor with no luck.
My first time walking in and I meet Cliff, the sweetest, nicest and most patient guy! After talking for a while, he knew exactly what i wanted and literally brought me the PERFECT flooring - this flooring is now installed in my home and I absolutely love it! Not only do they have hands down the best deals but they are the nicest people to interact with and they will go out of their way to make sure you are taken of!
I had concerns/questions, since this was all new to me, and anyone I spoke to when I called in was 100% willing to help me and answer any and ALL questions I had without any attitude or huffing and puffing! You would not believe CSR at some stores now a days, and this was a breath of fresh air for me. This is including manager Ray who ensured the most confidence in working with the new flooring I was picking out.
ALL of the staff at Jacobs Supply not only gave me immaculate customer service, they made me feel comfortable and confident... and after searching at multiple stores for all of that time before that was such a relief and stress off of my shoulders!

I was very impressed with her and the product selection. I would feel very comfortable coming back here and asking for help planning a project.”

“Kuhlman has been generous in our community. They donated needed materials for flower beds for our elementary. Fast forward to this week, as a business owner of a new retail space, they are going above and beyond what I expected to help me decide how to achieve the look I am wanting with my concrete floor. They are even coming out to the site to make sure that the surface prep I did is adequate so that it ensures my anticipated traffic and get the most life from the flooring. Being a girl, other companies didn't even want to talk to me to give me a quote for materials let alone help me through each phase.

“I needed to find some shelving material to add to my wife's closet and had no luck finding material 14 inches wide. Then I got the bright idea to just cut it out of 3/4 by 4 x 8 sheet of veneered plywood. Beautiful and inexpensive.I had the good fortune to call Toledo Plywood and spoke to Diane. To say she was helpful and kind would be a huge understatement. Diane was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without having to transfer me to someone else. Good luck finding that at Lowes or Home Depot.She told me they could fix me up in very short order. So I stopped by with a sketch of what I needed and this very nice guy cut my shelves out of that sheet, $1.00 a cut!! How can you beat that? He had my shelves cut in about 15 minutes and even loaded my vehicle. (I am elderly and need a walker to get around)I had planned on stopping by one of the big box stores to pick up the needed shelf pins but I asked another very pleasant guy if they by chance sold them and they did. I don't mind saying that service like this is hard to come by. It reminded me of what it was like shopping 50 years ago.They sell a lot of things other than just raw wood. Do yourself a favor, before you start your next project, stop by and give them look, you'll be glad you did.”

“I think it’s important to recognize excellent customer service in this day and age of overwhelmingly poor experiences. My father’s contractor backed out on a job he had planned for and subsequently decided to scrap the project all together. The wonderful team at Carters, including the manager Dean, was so helpful and swift in taking action to help my father recoup some costs that otherwise would have really set us back. Carters may have lost on this particular sale, but i assure you they have gained a loyal customer. We will not be shopping around for our future lumber needs as it is very plain to see that this is the place to go as they prioritize their customers needs.”
