Shepherd hardware purchased all of our floor care inventory and helped displace a lot of good workers with no help to find employment and no help with compensation or severance. Even when asked we received no answers. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

Poor online service. Placed an order, was to be delivered in four days. Received a notice the day before it was supposed to arrive stating it is delayed. This was after I emailed and placed a call to them asking for a shipping update. Had to cancel and purchase elsewhere.

Had a good loading experience. They took me right away. They have a indoor dock which is a little tough to get on but other than that it was fine
