“I went in to see if they did battery testing due to my battery not keeping a charge today. Noah was the team member that helped me. He was very thorough and quick to handle my situation. After the battery testing came back that my battery was bad.He quoted me for the right size battery. He even installed it and cleaned the corrosion off the connectors. He then made sure that my Jeep started. So I'll be able to make it home. My husband and I always choose O'Reilly's because of the customer service that we get from this location.”

“They tried really hard to help me but could not. I tried to pay using 2 old gift cards and cash. No one could figure out how to get the money off the cards. 5 people tried. Obviously a broken process. Just frustrating. I still have to go back and go to the service desk to try and resolve.”
