“Big shoutout to Dan Goethals at this branch. Super professional, very helpful, polite and knowledgable. I had to drop in to add my name to a joint account with my husband, who had it set it up at another Chase location on S. Airport Road (he was not as happy as I was, guess he needed to come downtown). I dreaded that I'd be in bank purgatory while it all got situated but I was in and out in under 10 minutes and everything was set up perfectly. I'd been in one other time in the spring with my mom, and had the same pleasant experience. Really nice staff that proactively try to help people. Just all around high marks. *there is metered parking on Front Street, and also in the back. I do also believe there are a few Chase spots in the back (though don't quote me on that). *If you are looking for a credit card, the Chase Sapphire is AMAZING. Great rewards and double points on dining and travel. I end up with a lot of bonus cash to spend on really fun stuff like rental cars on trips to Traverse City. (ha)”
