“This parking lot is a great alternative parking solution for holiday events (like cherry festival) and days like Sunday. There’s no tow enforcement signage and if you’re a bank customer… the sign states u can park there (no mention of business hours only) if you’re not, you’re still good! I went as far as to park under the covered teller area during July 4th (when I returned there were other vehicles in teller lanes too!) Be mindful of business hours! ?????”
“Wow! Cannot say enough about this bank and the outstanding customer service they provide. Jeff Davis helped us with a very difficult Identity theft issue, insured our funds were safe, helped us transfer all auto payments and just went over and above to ensure that we were okay. He then followed up the next week to make sure everything was fine. 5/3 is an outstanding organization. They have great products, easy to use online banking and bill pay, but beyond that, they really provide excellence in customer service. Highly recommend.”
“Today I had to transfer funds from my savings account to another bank. I usually get a cashiers check then deposit in my other bank account. Ruth the teller suggested that I might want to get their app so I can transfer electronically. I didn’t want to make customers wait, but at the time there was no one waiting. She was so helpful and kind and didn’t rush me through it. I have always had wonderful service and the tellers are all very knowledgeable. I have been using 4Front since it was Members.

“Confusing bank layout; did not know there was a front desk, because an advanced atm/kiosk greets you in the main lobby. My wife tells me the front desk is around the corner and is not intuitive to a bank, but I've never seen it. Using chase banks electronic deposit on their app now and love it.”
