“These guys were simply wonderful. I was t-boned in my father-in-law’s Prius by a truck on my way to Traverse City from northern Wisconsin. The Toyota dealership sent me here as they could not help me. These guys used a sledgehammer to make the car drivable while I waited. They were so quick, obliging, and friendly. They offered me coffee and didn’t even charge me. Excellent service in addition to true midwestern kindness and charm. Very impressed!”

“I recently had both my Jeep Renegade and my Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed here and the job was terrific. I highly recommend them. Please note that they do charge a 2.5% add on fee for credit card payments. Some other reviewers have been critical because they didn't know about this ahead of time. It's a little hard to understand that, since they have this posted on their door, but, regardless I thought I would mention it so you are not surprised. The point is, even with the add-on fee these guys are worth going to.”

“I went to Thirlby today to get some paint to redo an area on my car where the clearcoat has sun damage. When I went to the paint department an employee named Blane helped me. He was very helpful, guided me on what his recommendations were, and mixed paint for my car that wasn’t stocked. Super nice and helpful guy. I will be back and would recommend anyone to work with him. He’s a great employee!”

“I was traveling through travers city, Michigan and had a serious issue with my RV. I called over 10 RV and truck service companies. I explained my situation to them. none of them were helpful or considerate of situations and time frame. I spoke to a friend of mine who suggested calling valley truck parts. I spoke to Adam. He was amazing . He said he could fix my problem and he would make sure they got me in and had the parts I needed in just a couple of days. I took my coach in today. Everyone was so helpful and nice. They fixed my coach and charged me about half what I thought it would be. I would recommend them to anyone. it's hard to find people like this anymore. Keith”
