“I recently took two Karastan rugs to Carpet Galleria to have them cleaned and the fringe removed. Unfortunately, the fringe had gotten sucked up in the vacuum cleaner one to many times and they were badly damaged. They in turn sent them to Hagopian downstate to have the fringe removed and cleaned. I'm so pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. I had great communication with the Hagopian representative, Jack, they lived up to their quote, and they were return within two weeks looking brand new. The process of removing the fringe and binding off the ends was no easy task, and I couldn't be more pleased. They definitely lived up to their excellent reputation.
