At Traverse City Michigan location our shipments are always on time and damage free. The drivers are pretty nice but to be honest they usually are some pretty shabby looking people. A uniform and appearance policy could be beneficial to CT

Great rates, customer service needs work however and drivers have a tendency to not show up for scheduled pickups. It wouldn’t be so bad, but they don’t inform of shipping pickup changes. I also found that a lot of their drivers simply don’t care about your cargo.
