“Saved my display! After arriving to Traverse City for a conference and my marketing pieces did not, I had to scramble. It was AFTER 6pm on a week night and I had to find someone to print off some PDF’s so I had something to present. I called and Jen let me know she could accommodate my request and get them printed before they closed that night. I uploaded my documents, called her back with my confirmation number and she had the done in the 20 minutes it took me to drive to Staples.”

“Robert is the kind of professional you hope to find when you have something truly valuable in your care.
My husband and I brought him a limited-edition piece of artwork and spent over 30 minutes discussing the safest way to return it to the gallery. Robert patiently walked us through every option, explaining the advantages of different packing and shipping methods based on his more than 35 years of experience handling fine art. At no point did we feel pressured—his only goal was helping us make the best decision.
When we spoke with the gallery while standing in his shop, the return plan changed. Robert immediately adjusted to the new circumstances and professionally repacked the artwork for shipment. What impressed us was his integrity. He explained that, under normal circumstances, he would not have recommended shipping the artwork back in its original box because it did not meet the standards he would typically want for valuable artwork. Once he understood that the gallery only needed the original piece returned because they were creating a completely new one, he thoughtfully adapted his recommendation.
When it came time to pay, Robert declined to charge us for his time, explaining there was very little to charge beyond a small amount of tape and wrapping material. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine desire to help meant far more to us than he probably realizes.
It is rare to find someone whose expertise is matched by such kindness and integrity. We left not only confident that we had made the right decision, but grateful to have met such a wonderful person. Thank you, Robert, for caring for both our artwork and for us.”
“Had an incredibly positive experience yesterday with the print department at Staples (2/2/2026). The clerk who helped me with my print order was so helpful. I had ordered a 15 page print order, and realized when I picked it up that I hadn't selected the right quantity when I printed it. The clerk immediately offered to print the additional set, and didn't even charge me for it. One of the best and most memorable customer service experiences I've had! I have lived here for 8 years and have always gone to small, independently owned print shops because I didn't think the big box corporate experience would be all that great, but she did an excellent job representing the Staples brand and making my day a little easier. “Recently I had several packages that I needed to send out and I was stuck in traffic and would not make it to the store by 6:00pm. I called and explained the situation. The store owner did not hestiate to say to just come to the store and we will let you in. He pleasantly scanned all my packages.
