“I called today because I just bought a new car and got the car loan threw LMCU. I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do or how I was supposed to set up my account for payments. When I called today I talked to Kayla and she was the most helpful customer representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Not only did she answer every question I had but she walked me threw setting up my online banking and explained the proper ways of making my payments. “Today I had to transfer funds from my savings account to another bank. I usually get a cashiers check then deposit in my other bank account. Ruth the teller suggested that I might want to get their app so I can transfer electronically. I didn’t want to make customers wait, but at the time there was no one waiting. She was so helpful and kind and didn’t rush me through it. I have always had wonderful service and the tellers are all very knowledgeable. I have been using 4Front since it was Members.
