This CVS Pharmacy is considered the best and realest pharmacy in town, providing a stark contrast to the typical pharmacy experience. The staff, including the pharmacists and techs, are described as extremely knowledgeable, kind, sweet, helpful, calm, empathetic, and awesome. They go above and beyond, making customers feel like human beings. They promptly return calls, courteously answer questions, provide detailed instructions, and call around to find medications. Despite being very busy, they never make customers feel rushed or uncared for. The service is consistently excellent, compassionate, and makes a significant difference for customers.
This place is night and day compared to the downtown CVS circus. Melissa is the BOMB. She is always so sweet and helpful. Always will to answer my naive medication questions or show me a new solution.
