“Whenever I’m in town, I always find it better go shop here than other grocery stores! I’m alway promptly greeted upon entering (just that alone makes me feel so welcome!). I’ve found the prices to be significantly more affordable than Walmart! The store was observed having very clean aisles and end caps well stocked w/ current discounts advertised. The selection at Meijer locations is so much better than the competition! It’s nice to see locations popping up in the southern states as well!! I highly recommend the ? sushi selection!! Thanks for another great shopping experience!! ?????????”
“It's twice the size of my local little Family Fare, but it is well organized, the prices are affordable, and the staff was very helpful. Probably the only drawback is entering and exiting the parking lot. It is a terrible intersection.”

They did an exceptional job! They filled it rapidly (right away actuality) and were very friendly. To top off the service bonanza, the pharmacist herself checked me out and after assuring that I had no questions, she presented me a calendar that she had made of when to start and how many to take each day as it required dosage changes! Thank you for your exceptional care of an out of town guest!”

My membership lapsed a couple of weeks ago, but I was still quoted $15 for a prescription just yesterday. Because of the membership lapse, they said I need to pay full price today. I was going to be renewing my membership soon but haven't quite yet simply because money is tight ??
Spoke with a manager, Ryan, and he was zero help and did not even attempt to see if there was anything else to be done.
Thank you, Costco, for letting somebody go without their medication over something so trivial.
Update: While Manager Ryan said he couldn't help me, according the person who actually DID manage to help me, that was a lie. Thank you again, Ryan, for taking the easy route when it turns out you actually could have assisted and made this a positive experience...you just didn't feel like it, I suppose.
Changing my pharmacy review from a 1 to a 5 star. I really appreciate Pam and everyone else in the pharmacy. They are all fantastic. Costco pharmacy as a whole has been amazing. Also, Ryan doesn't work in the pharmacy so they needn't suffer for his shenanigans.

“Summary: Great staff but the order of doing things is whack. The staff is nice and always does their best to be helpful, but I had a prescription called in 2 hours before I went in and I get there just to be told it hasn't even been filled yet and I have to come back when they re open after lunch, that is unacceptable because people have jobs they also have to get to hence why it was called in hours ahead of time. Also they should worry about the line of people in the store before they worry about the drive through. This could also be just because of time of year and short staff.”
“Their drive thru has been upgraded to provide the same speedy processing as the indoor counter as you can enter the birthdate of the prescription person. There is also a POS that accepts contactless payment.”

“I needed a picture taken for my new passport, it was a very quick process, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The staff was very pleasant! This was on a Monday at lunch time too, so there were a lot of customers in the store.”

“Easy in and out... Once you finally reach a pump. The lines here are ridiculous. Most of the time the savings isn't worth the wait but once you do get to a pump you just scan the QR code, pump and go. If only it didn't take fifteen minutes to get through the line.”
