I do not appreciate the Male pharmacist working at this establishment. He was extremely condescending and argumentative regarding preparing a prescription. I have never had a retail run-in that aggressive. CVS, please work on your customer service.

This place is night and day compared to the downtown CVS circus. Melissa is the BOMB. She is always so sweet and helpful. Always will to answer my naive medication questions or show me a new solution.

On May 4th and June 10th, Melissa the pharmacist, provide excellent service. She promptly returned my voicemails and courteously answered questions about my monthly prescriptions.

We have pharmacy hopped for years in this town, because we have always received nothing but poor customer service, and such a lack of compassion. Until we found this pharmacy. Every single person that works here goes above and beyond for us. One of the gals knows us by name, my daughter and I are both chronically ill and immunocompromised so we are there a lot, even when I have been in tears and anxious to a point of being snippy on accident, they are calm, kind, and so empathetic. They’ve called around town for us to find us medications they don’t have, called our insurance company to help us, and given us detailed instructions on what to do when something is complicated and confusing. I couldn’t say enough positive things or express my deep gratitude in mere words. You all are making a difference in our lives, every month, and sometimes more. We adore you, and you’re seen and so appreciated!

This is the absolute best pharmacy in town. The pharmacists are both helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. The techs are awesome as well and work their butts off. They are always SO busy but you never feel like they don’t care or are trying to rush you. They go 110% out of their way to be the absolute best.

Gary gave me one of my worst customer service experiences I have had when dealing with CVS. I am ok for things that people can't control (like when medications are not in stock or take longer than expected to come in) but when you can control how you communicate with people and chose twice to be disrespectful, I can't look past it. We frequent Target regularly so CVS is convenient but we will no longer use this pharmacy.

This CVS is, in my opinion the best CVS in Traverse City. I was using the one on front street with issues and will never go back there again after finding this one. I’ve been to target many times and never noticed a CVS in there. Very helpful and kind.
