John was very friendly and helpful. The fact that you don't have a veterans discount was a little disappointing. I did see your military status if for military purposes we can't make it payment but that does nothing for a 79 yeast old veteran.

It was quite easy to reserve the unit on line. They called right away and I was able to complete the reservation quickly with Meghan. She was very thorough and helpful.
