“The unit I have rented is the right size for my stuff. It is clean and dry. The locking mechanism is a bit out dated and painted over a a lot but I found a padlock that keeps things secure. So far, each time I go there it's been winter nasty outside but I've been able to access the unit as there is no closed entry to the site. All in all I'm happy with the rental cost and access.”
“I have rented from Ashland Storage over one year. There unit was perfectly clean when I opened the door. The unit stayed 100% dry the whole year. The facility is new and very well maintained. Easy access off south Garfield. I will use Ashland Storage for all my future storage needs.”

“Exactly what I needed. Something basic and no frills just to store some furniture for two weeks between moving. They were easy to work with and gave me a great deal, being really flexible since I didn't need a full month. Turns out I forgot I left a few things in it and wasn't getting billed since I had pre-paid. They were super cool and understanding about everything. It's an economical option for items of minimal value that don't need any bells and whistles. They do have a security gate and cameras on the premises.”
“Hard to find at first. There is no Office. Everything is done through Email. My only concern is that there's not enough security. I didn't see one camera. I helped a friend remove her items as she no longer needed the storage unit. Better protocol should have been implemented. Thank God all of her belongings were as she left them.”

The accomodations were beautiful and very comfortable Our balcony overlooked the pristine Bay.
