DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!Terrible customer service. Rented car due to my car needing repairs. It is included in my insurance coverage. Told at initiation of rental all would be covered only to be charged over $800 due to taxes and damage coverage I never agreed to.Attempted to ask for partial refund given miscommunication to only get angrily talked to and interrupted by agent at local office when on the phone. Never received email with receipt nor the contract. Attempted to call back but no one would pick up.Ended having to call main costumer service to get those items and file complaint with better business bureau to attempt to get partial refund.

We just got home from picking up the rental to take off on our vacation. The inside is horrendous. Chocolate on the phone plug in, a LOT of dried coffee inside the middle council, a pet stain (either vomit or poo) in the hatch and dirt EVERYWHERE. We called to see if they had another vehicle and we would have to wait hours, which we don't have time to wait. We were going to drive it back and have them clean it, but just like they have a timeframe for us to pick it up, we revolved around that timeframe for taking off. I'll change my review when we bring it back as Justin said they will give us a discount. I'd like money back for cleaning products and a roll of paper towels as that's how much I used. Yeah. Hertz hurts your wallet when you pay a lot of money just to have to turn around and clean it.NOT how I wanted to start off our vacationEdit+ Still cleaning it, while packing and found sippy cups and a protein shake under the seats. Talk about "ew" and "gross". They can't come after me for this as I have no kid's... for good reason

Front desk person was horrible not helpful at all. Who ever what working at 2:25 on Sep 25 2023 was rude and simply didn’t want to help us out . Will not ever be going there again.

I was charged a fee for my spouse to be an additional driver and not informed that there would be an additional charge due to no gold account being linked to the reservation. The employee who completed the contract did not inform me of the additional charge and then hid the additional contract paperwork under the one with the original charge so I didn’t see it. He did not inform me I needed a gold number in order for my husband to be added for free. When calling to try and resolve this staff were unwilling to help and basically said to bad you should have asked. When I signed there was no total showing the additional fee. Beware of the deceptive practices of this location and this company.

There once was a man who needed a car, But at the Hertz counter he couldn't get far. Booked a ride? It doesn't matter! Come by Hertz so your dreams can be shattered. Watch out! Some locations claim "Gold only!", But as Gold Status they'll claim "A previous booking you must show me" They claimed my gold status had never been used, So away I left carless - service refused! But how can I use if you won't rent me a car? They claim "The website says INITIATED" leaving my mouth ajar. What kind of BS policies are these? At the branch that is famous for gimmicks and fees. 3 hours of endless running around town, Alas I received my car with a frown. 3 hours later - for a dinged up sedan, So much for "free upgrades" i get with "gold plan". A business that's run by dummies and schmucks, No wonder they're broke and nearly bankrupt!

This place is horribly understaffed. They do NOT close at 10pm like the Google listing suggests, they close at 6pm. If you have a flight that’s arriving later than 6pm you’ll need a taxi to get to your final destination. I know this from experience because my taxi cost me $80 each way (I had to schedule a ride back to the airport the next morning when they opened back up - total cost around $160).Trying to contact this Hertz location via phone is also a pain. You’ll be sent through a series of voice recordings that push you to the website. No option allows you to speak to a representative. Again, I know this from experience.My vehicle also had the “oil change required” message pop up every time the car started.Hertz has lost my business after this experience.

At first we were not too impressed with Mr. Priante, who was the Branch manager , was terse and rude as I presented the paperwork I had recieved from AAA insurance because this would be a 30day rental for a $30.00 a day collision rental. The reservation had been made by AAA. It apparently was the only car that would meet the amount of money AAA alots for rental a day. We asked if we could trade it in later since all other cars to rent were spoken for and he said no not for at least 5 days and call ahead because he might see at that time if any others were available.So, we kept the car for the alloted time and when returning the car we met with Mr Priante again and made sure all paperwork was done and all scratches/ dents had been noted and gas tank was full. He was better at greeting us and even said my name, so perhaps he was having an off day that day ,or was it just us .Whichever it was it did not improve our first impression of Hertz friendly service to use this car rental again.

The rental was an easy in and out. The service was friendly. The car was washed and clean inside. It did have some staining on the seats and the faint hint of cigarette smoke. It might have just been that car.

Absolutely horrible experience! They basically called me a liar, took countless phone calls from me and the body shop to get them to fix the payment issue. Then they started going on about how the were going to cancel my rental and refuse to do business with me. I was getting upset that they told me they never talked to the body shop. I had to stay and make sure they fixed account while on the phone with the body shop. Who ever the man in charge there was very rude. I will never get another car rental with them again. So awful and unprofessional. I left in tears!

I can’t believe the level of incompetence of first hertz, second their employee Bernard. Picked up a vehicle that literally had a sticky coffee spill in the back, hadn’t been vacuumed, and had crushed Doritos under the seat. This wasn’t the worst part. It was a cargo van, the spare tire was on the van and the spare under the car wasn’t there. They had also messed with the mileage on the vehicle. They yelled at us for complaining. They also refused to figure out any replacement plan for the spare tire. They are a freaking nightmare. Scott and Bernard. If they are at the desk hope and pray that they aren’t there.
