About Hertz Car Rental - Traverse City - Cherry Capital Airport (TVC)
Hertz Car Rental at Cherry Capital Airport provides friendly and fast service, with a team that is accommodating and works to meet customer needs. The process is often quick, efficient, and expedited, with vehicles ready, clean, and running perfectly as expected. The location is described as excellent and pleasant.
Some customers note issues with vehicle windows not being clean, though this is mentioned as a consistent experience. On return, the process is sometimes not smooth, with delays in processing leading to confusion and difficulty reaching staff via phone. Despite this, many customers state they would rent from this location again, citing great service, especially in accommodating last-minute reservations or helping with vehicle exchanges during unforeseen circumstances.

David helped us a ton on our recent trip to Traverse City. The rest of our experiences with airlines on this trip have actually been surprisingly terrible, which is what made the decency, sanity, compassion, and capability we experienced at this Hertz location stand out so much. Thanks, David.
