The store itself is clean, though it can feel a bit hectic and mazy. Customer service is always great, with staff described as friendly, kind, polite, helpful, and quick at the cash register. A minor complaint is that receipts use only numbers without descriptions, which can be difficult to organize.

This is my favorite place when shopping for craft items. Whether it’s flowers, vases, paper crafting, or decor, I can always find something here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there too.

Awesome place to go for crafts! Definitely my go to store. Definitely recommend. Only thing that could be improved is scanning at check out instead of cashiers having to find and type codes in for each item.

Bought 3d filament. Seem to run pretty good so far.
