“This place is full of large scale features for your home or business. The repurposed items are well thought out. Prices are spot on for a retail purchase. I’m a picker so always looking to negotiate, not sure if that’s an option here. I didn’t pop on anything this visit but I will be back.”
“My remote screen snowed over on my old reliable 7 year old SN bed. Was almost sure I wouldn't be able to replace it with newer technology always replacing the old. Dreading the two hour drive to Traverse City I decided it would be best to call first because I want to be disappointed if I was unable to replace my remote. To my surprise they had me in their system and was able to confirm my model with the replacement model I would need. There was no trip needed. Paid over the phone and had it shipped directly to my home. Delivery was several days, and I was assured if I had any issues setting it up to just call back. Of course I had issues! Embarrassed, I waited a couple of days and called asking for help. I have the dinosaur model, no bells, no whistles, just move my air numbers up and down. It took a couple of tries but a very patient man walked me through setting up the remote a couple of times without making me feel like an old folkie! Your customer service is excellent! Your professional patience admirable! My next bed will definitely be a sleep number not just because of the comfort, but because of the customer service after purchase!”
