“Garfield Auto in TC was a lifesaver for us!
We were in town for vacation when our GMC Sierra’s dashboard suddenly displayed an engine warning. Not knowing what was wrong—and with a 4-hour drive home ahead—we were in a bit of a panic. Jeff was amazing! He squeezed us in right away, even with our whole family (and dog) in tow. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and thankfully it turned out to be nothing serious.

“Was in TC from Grand Rapids on 4/21/25. Low tire pressure indicator came on. I drive a 2025 Honda, had stopped at Fox Honda in GR on 4/18/25 where I purchased the car. Had service check all 4 tires, technician said the right rear was a tad low. I asked if I had picked up a road hazard? He said not an obvious one. He recalibrated the low tire pressure sensor and sent me on my way. So it seemed odd that the sensor would trip again only 3 days later. The service technician at Jiffy Lube was very thorough and asked me to roll ahead so that she could physically examine the entire right rear tire. Guess what, the tire had a road hazard, a nail. I've had the best customer service at this Jiffy Lube location and highly recommend them. Very humble, main concern is taking care of the customer and making sure they are safe on the road. Rare today to come across, very refreshing.”
“Fast and friendly ? The price for an oil change was a bit high, but I had to do it . I wish they had more options for various premium oils. Still a good spot, definitely will return to have the next oil change done.”
“I usually go to the VW dealership for my car, but when I’m in need of a quick oil change or fix on something and I’m not able to get an earlier enough appointment at VW, I always go to J Lube on 14th Street. I have never once had any issues. They are always very kind and helpful!”
