Performance Plus Quick Oil Change is known for its friendly and professional staff who provide quick, efficient service. Customers appreciate the honest and helpful approach of the crew, with many mentioning that they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Hannah, in particular, is highlighted for her excellent customer service and dedication. The shop offers good prices, often competitive with or better than other places, though some customers find their rates slightly higher than dealerships. The team is honest about what services are needed, unlike other shops that may push unnecessary work. The service quality is consistently praised, especially for oil changes, which are done promptly and at a fair price. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism make repeat visits enjoyable. However, some customers with taller vehicles find their bays limited, but alternative locations with higher bays are available nearby. Overall, Performance Plus Quick Oil Change is a trusted spot for reliable and honest oil change services with a friendly team.
