  I just opened a personal checking account with this bank on a Saturday, no less. Yes, not just the drive-thru, but the lobby was open on a Saturday.   Helpful. Nice. I really think they're just friendly people and it makes me feel like this is how a bank should be. Had an account for 15 years and I can't complain. Traverse City branch is great!

  I am impressed with the service, flexibility, and professionalism of this branch of PNC Bank. Thanks to Scott for his efficient and thorough service! We are new to the area and liked our hometown PNC Bank. We are thankful to find out that this one seems to be just as great!
