“The unit I have rented is the right size for my stuff. It is clean and dry. The locking mechanism is a bit out dated and painted over a a lot but I found a padlock that keeps things secure. So far, each time I go there it's been winter nasty outside but I've been able to access the unit as there is no closed entry to the site. All in all I'm happy with the rental cost and access.”

Brian is more than just another business owner that just wants your money. He was concerned about my wellbeing, and was very helpful in selecting the right size storage unit so I wouldn't waste money. Three years later I'm moving again, and he has been a life saver again. He has made it affordable for me to store my belongings. He took the time to discuss which way would be the best, and least money to store my fishing boat. “Hard to find at first. There is no Office. Everything is done through Email. My only concern is that there's not enough security. I didn't see one camera. I helped a friend remove her items as she no longer needed the storage unit. Better protocol should have been implemented. Thank God all of her belongings were as she left them.”
“This was our 3rd year back to beautiful Traverse City,MI for a week long vacation! We stayed in a gorgeous condo at Peninsula Bay Resort. The accomodations were beautiful and very comfortable Our balcony overlooked the pristine Bay. We would definitely recommend staying at a Schmidt-Rogers property.You'll have everything you need for a peaceful,relaxing,and super fun time!
