I had a small palletized shipment I needed stored and refrigerated for a short time period for the 2026 National Cherry Festival and Chad was able to store my product with easy no problem. He also let me pick up the product as needed which greatly assisted my busy schedule. Their communication was quick and the team is very easy to get a hold of. “Honestly, we’ve used U-Haul many many times throughout the years as we have moved somewhat often. In general, we have had a fine experience(sometimes sadly a poor experience), but not here. The US-31 Traverse City location is a delight to rent from. The staff there are always friendly and helpful, like people should be when dealing with the general public. It’s so refreshing to have a nice conversation with the person helping me out at U-Haul, as that has not always been the case. This location is a shining star, and should set the example for all other locations.”
