    “Update: It took a while but Customer Service did get back to me and tried looking into my order. Unfortunately they weren’t able to find my original order but they did give me a refund and let me choose another shirt. I really appreciate their wonderful customer service! Because of that, I changed my negative review and I will consider ordering from them again. Thank you for all of your help! I ordered a shirt in January, after the tracking showed up I kept checking on the status and it was still in the same spot and hadn’t moved. After a couple of weeks, I checked again and it still hasn’t moved! I sent an email to customer service asking about my order and they haven’t responded which is why I’m writing this review. Maybe a negative review will get their attention. The shirt was supposed to be a gift. I ordered it ahead of time but now it’s not going to be here in time, if it even shows up at all. I’m not happy with them and would like a refund.”
