One flaw is the grosse ile branch isn't always open Saturday, I was here this past Saturday and no one was there, closed, and no one was working the drive thru. I had to go to the trenton location where the drive thru was open. Overall thank you for serving Grosse Ile :)”

“Austin was so patient & understanding with my husband & I. We both had become ill on subsequent weeks. I had forgotten one of the characters in our password when I went in to pay bills. I tried one too many times & got locked out.
We had trouble getting the problems resolved & came into Allen Park branch for our appt with Austin. He listened to us, and immediately got to work solving every single payment need (loans that had occurred, password need, etc.) We highly praise him for all his efforts. We look forward to many more years with Zeal as we approach 50 as a couple here.”
