Informed him this was my first time shipping something and he was able to not only walk me through the process but to state that he’ll be doing all the shipping. Moe made the entire experience calming and great! He was professional and easy to talk to. If you see this Moe, thanks again, you have no idea that so much was going wrong that week and you made it easy for one thing to work quickly! Rachel Young helped me on quote and paperwork, I believe Jason on the site processed the order and loading. I tried FedEx freight for dropping off in person and they weren't helpful at all.”

“Truly grateful for them. First of all they got me through the CARM setup. They took the time.
But here’s the kicker. I go into Windsor tunnel CBSA. There was a line of do it yourself’ers waiting to get there turn on the provided computers. They looked like they knew what they weee doing. I had this bad feeling like I was still going to be there at shift change. Suddenly the border personnel asks me to meet at my vehicle. I WAS DONE. Couldn’t believe. Time is money and my money was well spent for the services provided to me from Bridgeview Brokers. Be smart and hire them for your needs. Thanks again Bridgeview Brokers

“I used this location many times. Probably once a week. Always friendly. Quick? That depends. Time and day. But once its your turn, it happens fast. Just got to know how to ship and Amazon returns are smooth. Last time I walked in, nobody in line.

“I guess if you want to read about entitlement and people telling on themselves by accident, come to the review section for this UPS. I would give it 4, but I come there a lot and seeing what they constantly go through, I am surprised they are nice most of the time. So I am going with 5 stars because it is almost as bad as a bank with people walking in not understanding how employees work for a company, and they aren't allowed to change the rules because you did zero prep before coming in. Sorry to rant but I was just going to leave a decent review for the mostly nice people there, but wow...the reviews on here.”
