Ed is a really great associate, he was extremely helpful to get me a new phone and he didn't talk down at all, he is very kind and patient. Very pleased.

Olivia was great. I normally fix my Apple’s. But like a house phone, I no longer have a pc for resets. Plus I wanted to pocket check the iPhone Air. It was fun chatting with Olivia and learning some new tricks.
