“I had a gaming laptop that was gifted to me but kept crashing and could never figure out what was wrong with it. Well let me tell you - I took it to Neva and she figured it out in 10 minutes. She told me exact what the issue was, showed me exactly where the errors were coming from, here’s how you fix it. This stuffs too easy for her. Paid her a very fair price and I was on my way. “I’ve visited the store a few times but never really spent much time there until recently. I had a great experience at the Genius Bar. The rep, Bryan, was very helpful with the issues I was having with my 15 Pro.
He was informative, honest, and helpful throughout. At no point did I feel any overly pushy solutions. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to resolve the issue since the phone is out of warranty, but it clarified things and now I have some options to consider. I’ll most likely be back later to get a new phone once I’ve sorted things out.”
