So I got my AirPods Max in like 5 minutes but my aunt need help with buying a new IPhone and iPad but we asked for an employee but we waited and then some people walked in and the employee took them instead of my family we waited a really long time and no one came to us so we left TRASHHH

I went to Apple today for the iPhone 16 Pro and I met Danny an employee and he was very nice and he was very genuine he made us laugh and he’s very understanding of everything that we said. I recommend you guys looking for the new iPhone or any Apple product to go to him.

I pretty much never write reviews for anything so I think that might give some merit to what I’m about to say. This was the best experience I’ve had at an Apple Store ever. I went in on a random Saturday afternoon after work and the store was PACKED. I am not exaggerating when I say I’ve never seen so many people inside an Apple store, aside from maybe Black Friday (literally maybe). I went in to get my screen replaced, so so so nervous because today was the only time I had available all week to do it. Despite how busy it was, I mean I’m seriously talking a sea of bodies, every employee I interacted with was so extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. I dropped my phone off at 3:30 and picked it up at 5:15. There were no surprise fees, everything was explained so clearly, and we were even offered a test drive of the new VR goggles. My screen is working better than ever before & I’ll be making the 50 minute drive here next time I have Apple related problems. Seriously kick ass job, everywhere I looked there were hard working smiling faces. Every employee was so respectful of every patron & coworker. I could go on! 11/10 6 stars.

Abdul made it very clear that as a “manager” and a “leader” it was not his job or responsibility to be helpful and he absolutely delivered. Rather than my company spending a fortune on Apple products and dealing with retail support it’s infinitely easier for us to choose a different product vendor which we were able to do with his recommendation. Way to over promise and over deliver. Absolute worst customer service in the company by far. Will definitely share with all of my friends and family.

Highest of quality from some of the Greatest quality staff I have ever received.
Came here to get a plug in for my iPhone after the big OS update and watch reset. Terry hooked me up with a station and I only had to let the firmware ride out for 20 minutes. In the meantime, my air pods got a deep reset to their Bluetooth coupling that seriously aired out some of the aerial fuzz notes I kept catching on some deep Apple Music cuts. Slight hiccup when the iPhone accidentally terminated all of my cards and info, but the backup .docx file I encrypted to my watch came through in clutch and gave me all my pins back. Cost me 0.023 Bitcoin to expedite it, but ultimately it was no sweat. Terry even tipped me 0.0049 Bitcoin for the trouble which is why I'm electing him Realest Man of the Year.
All in all, keep on rocking in the free world. This place always sets me up for success

Donovan and Alfred assisted us for trade in 14 promax with 15 promax. As we visited there from Canada and our service provider is Roggers. We were unable to turn on to e-sim from a sim card through Roggers Application. Then MR Donovan really help us by calling Roggers customer service for more than 1-1/2 hour. Definitely gonna change my plan service provider lol. We really appreciate your efforts and We literally do not get that much kind and helpful customer service anywhere in the world. We Guarantee that will visit this store again soon for New iPhone. WISH you great success and happiness in your professional life and see you guys soon. Keep up the good work.

The worst store ever. I stoped buying Apple products because of them. They damaged a fully working 12 pro max when I went in for a battery change and my phone is bricked. They then tried to tell me it was my fault and get me out of the door.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Any other story is fine, not this one
