So my girlfriend went there for some help regarding her iPhone’s battery and with her AirPods. She made a 1pm appointment and made it there on time but the issue is that the staff was helping everybody except her. Few customers came after her and they helped them first. This is supposed to be a fair & professional setting but it seems that the crew at this location aren’t. She left the store very unhappy

They were so accommodating to my 3 boys when they were younger because they weren't left unsupervised and they were genuinely interested in purchasing the products. Today they are all diehard IPhone users even though our family has always been Android users. My husband even ended up purchasing an Apple desktop ! Just goes to show how much a positive customer experience and customer service can influence the shopping habits of an entire family!

Wasted an hour of my day going to the store just for them to tell me i couldn’t upgrade my phone through them even though the night before I contacted Apple support and had the entire situation broken down for me stating I could. Not to mention the store was crazy busy and no one did anything about the kids that were crawling around on the floor/underneath tables nearly tripping people.

Came to get my phone back glass repaired set a appointment for the earliest time literally 15 minutes after they opened to have a over 5 minute wait before someone talked to me to ask if they could get information about why I came which is literally in my reservation already just to say I’ll still have to wait to speak to someone else, so I’m supposed to just pass time repeating myself ..

Olivia was great. I normally fix my Apple’s. But like a house phone, I no longer have a pc for resets. Plus I wanted to pocket check the iPhone Air. It was fun chatting with Olivia and learning some new tricks.

It was very scrumdiddlyumptious. The apples were very sweet and tasty and I really enjoyed the apples. They need to get better chargers. It’s not goaded and like MagSafe is a cringe name.

A specialist at this store completely ruined the iPhone Upgrade Program for me. I’ve been an iUp member since 2018 when I used to work at the Apple Store as a specialist, but when I came here to upgrade, the employee processed my phone as a trade-in instead of closing out my Citizens loan.
Because of that mistake, which I noticed and tried to remedy, Citizens Bank now shows that my old iPhone was “never returned,” and I can’t get approved for a new iPhone loan — a full year later. I tried calling the store multiple times when I realized that I had been given a credit, and while I was assured a manager would call me back, no one did. I wasn’t able to come back in person since I was only in town for work.
Apple Somerset, please train your specialists properly. This error wasn’t just inconvenient — it’s damaged my credit relationship with Citizens Bank and ended my trust in the iUp Program.
