Came in the store on 3/11/2025 at noon, and there was only one young lady working who didn’t even acknowledge me. I sat down at a table waiting for her to finish what she was doing and she still ignored me. Terrible customer service! I am shocked. No wonder the store was DEAD. I ended up leaving with no help, despite being the second customer in the empty store. Wow. This location used to be the best ATT, whoever that girl is needs to find a new profession.

I wanted to buy a speck phone case. You only had black. I have a back up case and asked if they would put it on for me. I am 75 and can’t do it myself. They said no.
I have been a customer since 1985.
Today I will look into going with xfinity ending our 40 year relationship!

This store has done nothing but lie to me since November of 2024 and that includes their regional manager Tammi. These people lied about the amount of my business plan, did not give me the discounts for paperless, phone activation etc., had us add an extra line for nothing. Even showed us a laminated piece of paper with a plan that didn't exist according to At&t when I called into their customer service line. It's been a nightmare. Officially filing a complaint against them and their manager. How does a store do business with fake quotes and offers. Oh and when you confront them, all they have to say is "it wasn't me".

Jermell is amazing! He’s patient and understanding. But he’s left alone working by himself and he definitely needs more help. Too long to wait for assistance. Jeremell is worth the wait, but waiting over an hour just for assistance shouldn’t happen every time. Give him a raise and more employee assistance!

We’ve been waiting over an hour just to pick up 2 new phones. That’s all. 1 person working, 2 people in front of us in line, and… still… waiting… We got here at open and it was to no avail. And unfortunately the store doesn’t take appointments either. Should have had the phones shipped to our house, but everyone is having their phones stolen from their porches in our city. Big disappointing waste of time.

Worst experience:
Traded in the phone with Zack B (an At&t employee) went home to get the data transferred and came back a few days later - Zack was no where to be found - new guy who completely dissociated himself from Zack and told me that he don't know anything what Zack told me but they can't honor anything he said. Wasted hours of mine by returning the phone and transferring the data again and all.
There is no way to make a complaint or go about it.
This is not my first experience with AT&T like this, first at this location had multiple similar experiences at Rochester hills branch the one on Walton and livernois as well

Whoever is the male rep with long blonde hair, is a complete fool, and does not seem to like money. Went in for a simple tablet trade-in and add-a-line, rep said they don't trade in tablets. You sure do! Just left corporate retail of 4 years, I know what you can and cannot do. He lied right to my face. Was going to use the iPad trade in towards the bill, then port in multiple lines towards a FirstNet account.
If you want someone who knows what they're doing, and will make your business money, let me know. I'll coach them up.

Bought 2 new I15 Iphones, traded in an I14. Brennan couldn’t get either new I phone activated, and took my old IPhone and didn’t give me a receipt. Welcome to AT&T. Is service always this bad?

Shoutout to BRENDAN! He is the biggest asset to the ATT brand. He helped fix the mess customer service put us in with ease. Highly recommend this place!! He was knowledgeable, understanding and helpful! We appreciate you and hopefully ATT can appreciate this man by giving him a raise he deserves it!!!
