I had a positive experience at the AT&T store today while upgrading my phone and buying other items. Todd, who assisted me, was incredibly focused on customer service—friendly and helpful throughout. If you visit the store, I highly recommend asking for Todd; he's great!

I lost my phone & didn’t know what to do. So I went to this store & the most compassionate, helpful patient man named James Cook was so kind & helped me. He was scheduled to leave in 10 minutes but he stayed & helped me get my phone up & running after trying to call all the stores to find me a phone on the promotion. You didn’t have any anywhere. He is top notch making sure he put the customer first…..
