Out of towner, water pump broke, went in the morning and drove away in the afternoon. Very helpful, explained things, happy with my experience.

My mom's car was leaking coolant bad. She stopped in first thing in morning and they were able to fix it (replaced water pump) same day. While expensive, it seemed reasonable.
