“This place is amazing! I truly can't speak highly enough about the work they do. They are honest, fair, and customer focused which is not the norm in today's world! They really care about the customer. Not just for safety, which is important, but also in cost. Cost of the work, the labor, parts, etc. If something can wait, they don't push you to have it done now if you can't afford it. But if it's a safety issue they do not want you to wait. I needed many repairs done and they worked with me on pricing. Even going above and beyond with fixing something, at no charge, that I had no idea even needed fixing! Who does that nowadays.... If you want your vehicle fixed by knowledgeable repair persons, at an honest price, this should be your first and last stop!!”

“Tim and his emotional support customer service canine, Bailey, always treat me right. Automotive Authority is one of those local businesses I recommend without hesitation. I’ve sent my dad, my brother, and pretty much every family member who has needed car repair or maintenance their way. Tim is friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely great business owner to work with. My husband and I do a fair amount of work on our own cars, but if we’re not doing it ourselves, Tim is who I call. I trust him with my car, and more importantly, I trust him enough to send my family to him. And Bailey’s customer service skills are obviously unmatched. Highly recommend Automotive Authority in Troy!”
