“I had such a wonderful experience at this boutique while shopping for my daughter’s Communion dress. The store was clean, neat, and beautifully presented, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Selena and Riva took especially great care of both me and my daughter throughout the whole process.
Their customer service was exceptional, and they were incredibly patient while helping us find the perfect dress. Riva truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter not only loved her dress, but also felt comfortable and confident in it. “I am so grateful for the ladies at Alessandra’s. I came in for my dress appointment and felt like a total princess! Alessandra herself even gave me great advice as I tried on dresses. At the end I said yes to my dress and was so excited because it was absolutely beautiful!! However, when I got home and had time to think, I realized I had total dress regret for my own faults. The dress was beyond beautiful but I let certain “boxes” I needed to check go completely out the window. When I realized, I started panicking because the dress is one of the most important aspects to me! I waited almost a week and was sure that I was sure, as the panic continued. I didn’t know what to do so I just came in to the boutique. They were absolutely amazing during my panicking and reassured me they would help me how they could. They made it clear to me a happy bride was their top priority and they proved that. Although I was way past my date to make changes, they were able to cancel the dress and allowed me to come back in and try on as many dresses as I needed. I absolutely found the ONE the second appointment and they were so great to help me find it! It was only fitting that Vickie (and Ellie) is who helped me as that’s my best friend in the whole world’s name too! I’m so glad Alessandra’s was personally recommended to me and would go there all over again!”

“I stopped on this store at a whim as I saw it while driving by. I was in need of a gown immediately. The women that work at this store were so kind, helpful and quick in helping me. I had less than 30 minutes to try on gowns and I found two that I loved! They made it work . I have never walked into a special occasion shop and had associates try to hard to help , and be quick. I was amazed that they could do this for me . They have seamstresses on site who are impeccable. The tailoring alone on the gown would cost hundreds of dollars to make it fit . It's included in your purchase. They have my business !!!!!!”

“HARPS LINGERIE IS AMAZING. My grandmother shopped here when she was young, my mom has always gone here, and now it’s my turn whenever I need a bra, underwear, PJs or a sexy lingerie set. It’s such a special, family-owned shop run by incredible women who truly know what they’re doing.
They also do real bra fittings - which honestly everyone should experience at least once. Having bras that actually fit makes such a difference, and the team here takes the time to get it right. It’s one of those rare local businesses that has been serving generations of women, and I’m so glad it’s still around.”

“I went to this store with my Fiance and future MIL. I did not know it was by appointment only and nearly accepted that it just wasnt going to work out. We called the number on the flyer and the owner was very kind and gracious. She offered to come in and assist us within the hour. Once our appointment started she was incredibly attentive, and listened to all considerations I wanted for my accessories. I highly reccomend this place to all brides as the owner seems to really care.”

“I cannot recommend First Lady enough! I was searching for a cathedral veil for my wedding and was shocked by the prices at other bridal stores. I found my beautiful cathedral length veil here for only $270, which was less than half the price of what David’s Bridal was charging and about a quarter of what some high end bridal boutiques wanted for a similar veil. One of the best parts was that no appointment was needed. I could simply walk in, browse, and get help without the pressure or pretentious atmosphere you often find at boutique bridal shops. The quality is absolutely gorgeous, and it looks far more expensive than it was. I also had a blusher added for only $100, and they completed it in just two days. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience was easy, affordable, and stress free.
