I worked closely with Riva, and she was fantastic throughout the entire process.

She was incredibly helpful with her recommendations and so patient as we went back and forth on details. She kept everything moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. When there was a delay with our cocktail napkins, Riva went above and beyond by ordering additional napkins at no charge just in case the original shipment didn’t arrive on time. That kind of proactive service really stood out to me.

The final products were all high-quality and exactly what I had envisioned. I received so many compliments from guests on how polished and cohesive everything looked.
