Build-A-Bear Workshop Troy offers a fun and personalized experience for all ages. Customers can create their own plush toys by adding outfits, sounds, scents, and even recording custom voice messages to make their furry friends extra special. The store hosts parties that include a customized furry friend, a Special Heart ceremony, and party games, making it an ideal place for birthdays, office celebrations, or community events. Visitors often praise the friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting exceptional service and kindness from team members. One staff member was especially remembered for going above and beyond to help a young customer cope with a recent loss, creating a memorable and heartfelt experience. Customers also appreciate the variety of options available, though some mention that the small store has limited choices and certain items, like the strawberry cow and bear, did not come with the expected accessories or certificates. Overall, Build-A-Bear Workshop Troy is recognized for its welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, and the ability to create unique, meaningful plush toys, making it a popular destination for fun and memorable moments.
