“Love this store! I usually order online for convenience, but I always have a great time here when visiting. Incredibly friendly staff. I purchased a set online and a few days later noticed a small set giveaway that I didn't get because I purchased before the deal went in. I went in and asked if I could refund my order or do something so I could also get the set. They very quickly were able to get me the set I missed out on my exchanging my order. So happy with my experience!”

“We have been coming to Build A Bear at Somerset for over a decade and today was by far the absolute best experience. Thank you Zander for the amazing customer service. You are exactly what a kid and parent dream of in this experience.”

“They helped me find things in the store and had helpful recommendations. Would come back because of customer service alone. But I got at least 3 outfits for under $5, baby noice cancelling headphones for $5, and a book for $1.50”
