The lady greeting today is not friendly and ridiculous customer service. They need to hire staff. They don't answer phone so have to go there to schedule appointment with the 1 banker they have and that takes days
What a bad customer service they have.. Tracy has the worst attitude in that branch… I went to get money and she literally treated me like an animal… bad experience.
Staff said they couldn’t help add my spouse to my account and sent us to another branch. Seems like there’s always an issue when I go to this location.
