I was so excited when a building was going up last year and was sad to see it was Michigan School & Goverment Credit Union opening a branch and not you folks! We need one in this area! Driving out to Troy just to do my banking is a ways away, but I love my credit union so I do it!”

Branch Manager Theresa would make contact with customers in the lobby to minimize the wait and answer any banking questions. Paris the Banker was outstanding in expediting my financial needs and providing a great insight on investments and products. Its nice to see "Old School" customer care at a time where it seems to be non-existent. If you need banking with a touch of care and professionalism this location is highly recommended.”

“Great Bank! I've been a loyal customer of Comerica for my entire life, both personally and for my small business. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always friendly towards me, my business partner, and our employees who frequently visit for bank deposits from our customers. They always make time for my banking needs, even if it's a few minutes past closing, whether it's to answer questions about CDs, high yield savings, or simply to lend a pen for ATM use on a deposit slip, even when they're closing up shop. The comments about racially profiling are absolutely ridiculous and untrue. The branch staff is comprised of a very diverse group of individuals, reflecting the vibrant community of Detroit, with people from different ethnicities and genders.
