“I love my Credit Union! Please consider opening a branch in Rochester Hills at Walton Blvd and Adams Road. It is a very dense and populated area and you would benefit from doing so. I was so excited when a building was going up last year and was sad to see it was Michigan School & Goverment Credit Union opening a branch and not you folks! We need one in this area! Driving out to Troy just to do my banking is a ways away, but I love my credit union so I do it!”

“services is slow ? need appt. to open a basic checking acct. are CLOSED on weekends ? manager staff are friendly greets you at the door with a pleasant smile to service you if they can help usually there is generally one teller at the window often seem a little overwhelmed with handling more customers with not enough staff partly not their fault people rather not take the RISK working during a Pandemic especially for less money and be harrassed with stricted MANDATES.”

Branch Manager Theresa would make contact with customers in the lobby to minimize the wait and answer any banking questions. Paris the Banker was outstanding in expediting my financial needs and providing a great insight on investments and products. Its nice to see "Old School" customer care at a time where it seems to be non-existent. If you need banking with a touch of care and professionalism this location is highly recommended.”

“Instant update to your balance when depositing cash checks. Have zero issues with the bank. Started using it because of SVSU. But I will say that they didn't notify me via email but instead via mail that an issue had arose which took a while to arrive because it had been 7 days since the letter had been sent.”
