Stop judging people by the color of their skin or the clothes that they wear.
Last week, my girlfriend and I entered into this store; no one approached us, and I understood why. I pointed out to my friend all of the store reps who approached others and asked if they needed help, as well as those who were clearly not busy but did not approach us. We are two females who are not Caucasians, which is why we were not acknowledged when we entered the store, even after walking around for 30 minutes or more. I really wanted to see if someone was going to come and assist us but no! Unbelievable! It wasn't until we were on our way out that a young lady approached us and asked if we were looking for anything specific.
While I do not want to give this store the sale, I know exactly who I will make the transaction with, because she was the only one who approached us while everyone else pretended my friend and I were invisible. Yes Crate and Barrel will make their sales regardless. I like the piece of item that I will be getting from them, it’s not cheap either… but I sure will not forget the sense of discrimination I felt being in that store.

I always love browsing this store even if I’m not buying anything but I had the most pleasant encounter with one of the employees yesterday, I wish I had got her name. I had my two little ones with me wanting to touch everything they tried to get their hands on and she came up to me asking if there was anything she could help with, that she’d be more than happy to bring anything I wanted to see to me since moms are usually the ones taking care of everything, she wanted to help me out and making sure I was getting taken care of. We had a little conversation after that but it was honestly the sweetest experience I’ve had with any store employee before I absolutely intend to go back soon. People underestimate what good and kind customer service will do.

I used to love this store and bought so many lovely things here over the years. Unfortunately customer service is very poor and they do not stand behind their products. I tried to return a faulty beverage server and was told only 30 days on returns. I have probably spent $10,000 over the years here and never returned anything. If you can't stand by your products or treat loyal customers with respect then we'll just shop elsewhere.

Crate and Barrel is my favorite store. Love the simple design. The furniture is pricey, but great selection of the glasses, dishes, table and kitchenwear, etc. and prices are reasonable.

So sad to see this store going down with quality and service. Crate and Barrel was my to go to store but not anymore.My latest purchase was an L shape couch which was not cheap. I spent after discount about 3.5k on it.It's been less than three months and already started pilling. Yes, the fabric had warranty on it. But no pilling within less than three months is normal and not a defect!! That's the answer I got when I contacted the store.And don't think you will get the best of the best delivery service this is going bad as well. My couch was delivered in December, so the ground was covered with snow. Oh, they dropped the cushions on the ground and get little damped and they were all over the place.I don't mind spending the money if I get the quality I was promised and the customer service they brag about. But unfortunately, this is not case in this store anymore. I will not be going back to this store.

Horrible experience with customer service, would not recommend at all.Ordered two sofas to be delivered white glove. Delivery guys were cool and nice and efficient but one sofa was missing parts and couldn’t be assembled. I was told I would get a call from customer service that day with a solution. Didn’t get a call, instead I had to call the next day only to be told that it will take 4 days to give an answer!!!!!! NOT SOLUTION. AN ANSWER!! Meanwhile I am supposed to have this 96” non-functional thing in the middle of my living room and wait.When I requested to talk to a supervisor because the person I was talking to clearly didn’t give damn about customer service, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes only to have a call disconnected by them and nobody bothered calling back.Horrible Horrific Unacceptable customer service!!!! Get your stuff from Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware instead. Don’t bother dealing with this place!!

Me and my girlfriend went to this store to look around and plan for redecorating our home. The staff profiled my girlfriend and very obviously followed us around the store the entire time we were there, blatantly interrupted private conversations and was overall disrespectful. Wendy was very nice but also seemed to be in charge and playing “nice cop”. The lady with the cane on the other hand was very disrespectful and rude. Initially we both loved what we saw but after this unfortunate first impression of the staff we will never be back.

Nice store INSIDE 12 OAKS MALL! The map shows it is at a free standing store in the mall parking lot which is actually a La-Z-Boy store!! This store is on the 2nd level of the mall near the middle. Large store, friendly staff.
