It has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The representative handling my HELOC application was completely unhelpful; impatient, always rushing, and unresponsive to emails. He failed to answer even the most basic questions, which could have saved me the trouble of applying in the first place. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I am a long time member of Credit Union One and have always received great service. Yesterday, I needed to do more than a deposit. I had some financial questions and needed to make some changes. I had the pleasure of working with Taylor T. at the Troy location. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She did not brush off my questions as silly. She was so friendly and kind. Taylor demonstrated that Credit Union One is a great place to bank.
