Staff members are very helpful, pleasant, and assist with coupons and purchases. Management and employees are extremely helpful, greeting customers and wishing them well. It is a great stop for essential home and health products, including OTC items. Customers can join ExtraCare for personalized deals, shop weekly deals, or use free pickup and delivery services.
Staff is nice and helpful. Coupons in the mail prompt me to regular visits to buy my cosmetics which usually I can’t buy at any discount.

There is an employee named Linda at the front desk service at the store on Long lake and Livernois in Troy. She is EXTREMELY RUDE. Someone in HR needs to talk to her about customer service!

Picked up my poster amazing customer service by Smita and Jordan (store manager). Smita was so professional and accommodated my order with care and went above and beyond!!! Love this pharmacy and service!
