“I’ve been using this Kroger Pharmacy since I retired in 2019. They are very helpful and have great communication with the patient (via text, email, etc) which is super convenient. One person who consistently stands out is Bri. She always greets me with a smile and is so good at what she does. She also took the time today to efficiently fix a glitch that was causing me to receive texts saying my insurance was not working. Then, today, after I mentioned I had plenty of medication on hand, she unenrolled me in auto refills with ease. You’re the best Bri and I appreciate you and your efforts.”

“I am a caregiver, so I am responsible for picking up my family member's prescriptions. This pharmacy has been so very helpful to me by always filling prescriptions promptly. This pharmacy is 33 miles away from my house, but they consistently have my family member's medications in stock.
Yesterday, I had a prescription emergency. My local pharmacy could not fill my family member's prescription because they didn't have his pain medication in stock. The problem is the local pharmacy didn't bother to call us to tell us, so when we called to confirm that the prescription was ready, we were told that they were out of stock, as were other pharmacies in the area.
So, it's late Friday afternoon, my family member has three pain pills left and the weekend is quickly approaching. I called the Corewell Health Retail Pharmacy in Troy to confirm they could fill the prescription quickly if I could get the doctor to call it in. They assured me that they could and wished me well in reaching the doctor. Thank God, I successfully reached the doctor via the answering service. This wonderful pharmacy filled the prescription in twenty minutes and I was able to get to the pharmacy before they closed at 6 pm.
It's a very long drive for me to get to this pharmacy, but their consistency and excellent service make it worth both the time and gas that it takes to get there.”

These two professionals have gone above and beyond making sure I always have what I need in a timely fashion. They also ensure I am getting the best price and help me work with my insurance. They are so kind and compassionate. They provide such lovely and personalized care. They even know my name when they see me.
Years ago I was ready to change pharmacies. But because of these two individuals, I will continue to use this pharmacy for all of my medication. “Great pharmacy! Pleasant, knowledgeable Pharmacist and Technician. Worth filling in person than filling mail-order. If you can afford a $3 co pay, fill your prescriptions here! From drop off to pick up... 15 minutes.
If you have Humana Centerwell mail order is a nightmare. It takes weeks to have a prescription filled. Their A I generated call center takes forever and they contact overseas with hard to understand staff ( no fault of the staff ) who have no means to give you any information.
