CVS Pharmacy in Troy is a full-service pharmacy with experienced, helpful pharmacists. The staff is excellent, on top of everything, and provides amazing customer service. They take the time to look into ways to save money when filling prescriptions. In-person wait time is usually short and they are incredibly helpful on the phone. Management is quick and convenient with same-day pick-up. The app is the best, showing when refills are due and prices. You can manage prescriptions online or in person, explore online refills, and earn rewards. Many prescriptions are under $10 and you can get vaccines including flu and COVID-19.
The staff is always responsive, helpful, and caring. Several of the women who work at the pharmacy, remember my name and my family’s name and we are always glad to see each other. They are very prompt and knowledgeable.
