Express Factory Outlet is a place to buy garments with a lot of nice clothes and great deals. The store is nicely organized and the staff is nice, with fantastic customer service skills. Some customers report better service than at other locations. There are sales, like buy one get one for five dollars on everything. However, as a factory outlet, it may not have the latest fashion. A significant drawback is that the fitting rooms can be disgusting and dirty, with filthy walls, mirrors, and benches, and clothing rack bars covered in scum. Customers should also note that returns cannot be made to any location; they must be made to an Express outlet. Despite some issues, many find it a good place and feel it was worth it.
Great location to stop by for work essentials and “basics” at a great price. Not much help on the salefloor, if that makes or breaks your shopping experience, but everything is very organized and easy to find!
