“I’m late to making this review; however, yesterday I was passing by the store and noticed Bianca, who I’ve known and worked with in the past. I waved and entered to formally say hello. One thing that really stood out to me this time, and reassured me about her, is that she is not sales-driven, but more so in her relationship with her clients and future clients. There have been so many new items on the shelf since I last shopped with her; not once did she mention one thing about showing new items or if I was interested in trying something on. There actually was a client with an appointment that entered to shop with her, and she did not cut me off to go serve a client who was there to spend money with her. It was a genuine conversation, and she asked how things were with me and my family. It’s hard to find this quality with individuals in sales today. Hermes is lucky to have people like that representing the company, and I look forward to shopping with her again soon.”

From the moment we walked in to select and purchase a custom wedding suit, it was clear that Jedd is a true expert in his craft. He offered incredibly helpful recommendations, shared a ton of knowledge, and took his time throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed and he made sure we felt completely confident in every single decision.

“I have used this location a few times since it is close to me. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have Amazon returns her as well. The parking lot is good condition with plenty of parking. This location gets very busy on the weekends due to all the popular stores at this area.”

“I use this location as it is near me. They have convenient Amazon returns at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is always some kind of sale going on here as well. Plenty of free parking here, the condition of areas of the parking lot are a little old and rough.”

“I visited the Somerset Macy’s today to get my son a suit, and I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce.
Bruce was absolutely amazing. He patiently and diligently worked with my son and me to find the perfect suit, shirt, and shoes. He took his time, made sure everything fit properly, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire experience.

“Good place to shop, VERY expensive prices!!! The clothing selection there is very interesting from a teenager's point of view. They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”

“I usually do not have the best experiences at Macy's, but I went into the Somerset store in need of a last minute backup dress because I thought the dress I ordered for an event wouldn't make it in time. I was wowed by the assistance provided by Latrice in the dress department. I will definitely return because of her!”
