Tricia was incredibly patient, kind, and provided outstanding service as she helped my family of six shop throughout the store. Even on Black Friday, she spent nearly two hours with us, offering honest guidance and making the experience genuinely fun. I’d absolutely come back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!”

We were looking for 2-3 different suits and he recommended accessories that very well suited the occasion and look we were going for with the suits. The whole table was filled with good options. It look us a long time to get everything done and he was so incredibly patient with us. We left with what we needed, recommendations for colors to suit each suit set we got, and a better understanding of how to mix and match the items we purchased. If you’re at this place, talk to Thomas if he’s available! He’ll find you what you need and mix and match to get the fit.”

“Good place to shop, VERY expensive prices!!! The clothing selection there is very interesting from a teenager's point of view. They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”

“Great store! I always see Spencer's as a better version of Hot Topic. They have great shirts and pants, as well as many cute plushies. The music also fits the atmosphere of a punk rock cute plushie store. The customer service is fantastic, very attentive overall. I just wish that the Ice Spice shirt was available in a small size.”

“They what they are, fast fashion at a great price. They have what's trendy, and some things I'm not sure about but I'm not a fashionista by any means. We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!”

“Mark is the man. I walked in later in the day and he was so prompt with everything but not rushing me at all. I'm extremely happy with his personable approach and level of service I received. He did not have to go the extra mile, but he did and solved a huge issue for me. The other employees, although I didn't interact with them as much, were kind and the store was immaculate because they have pride in what they do there. I don't give many high reviews on Yelp but I couldn't help it this time. I had high expectations before coming in and was still blown away. I'll be back for my next suit, no doubt.”
