J.Crew offers a relaxing shopping experience with very nice employees who provide great service. Staff members are kind and helpful without being pushy, offering assistance humbly. They know sizes well and can pull perfect fits, while also pointing out sales prices. The store has a vast selection of super high quality clothes that will last a long time. The service makes the shopping experience great, with employees even helpfully swapping items for newer versions.
I'm only writing this review to say that the last review is incorrect- no one at the Somerset J.Crew Retail location is named Jess.
There is, however, someone named Jess who works at the FACTORY location. The J.Crew Factory is also on Big Beaver Rd, and in Troy, but it is not located in Somerset mall.
